We are the UK team of Raisin, the Berlin-based FinTech startup with a business model that the Wall Street Journal describes as “So brilliant that customers cannot say no”. The group has received €60 million in funding from well-known investors and we are the fastest growing FinTech in Europe.

As part of our growth plans we are expanding the number of partner banks we raise savings deposits for and are launching our own online consumer savings site, building on Raisin’s reputation as the leading marketplace for savings and investments throughout Europe.

We're looking for talented individuals across a number of specialisms to join us on the journey to building the UK’s number 1 savings marketplace. As well as the specific experience and competencies required for each role, you’ll need an entrepreneurial streak and be ready to embrace working within a “start -up” culture, demonstrating a hands -on approach to evolving business requirements and a fluid working environment.

Current Vacancies

Director of Partnerships

  • Strategically managing and building our relationships with financial services partners - both existing and new as they come on-board.
  • Trail-blazing new partnerships with prospective product distribution partners in order to drive new consumer traffic to our savings site.
  • Providing leadership and development to our team of Client Services Managers.
  • Requires hands-on experience of strategic account management, combined with an outgoing, entrepreneurial flair to identify, approach and manage new product distribution partners.

Brand Marketing Manager

  • Launching and growing our new online consumer savings proposition into the market.
  • Requires hands-on experience of brand marketing for an online consumer-facing product site, developing marketing strategies and overseeing performance across multiple online and offline channels.
  • Ideally experience will have been gained in a regulated financial product environment, such as savings products, consumer loans, insurance or similar.

UX Designer

  • Working cross-functionally across our technology and marketing teams to help us create consumer savings platforms that truly engage consumers.
  • Applying best practice UX to manage the user journey from initial click through to product application and sale.
  • Requires a passion for usability, an eye for visual consistency, and a knack for reducing the complex to the essentials.
  • Must have hands-on experience of front-end UX development and graphic design.


  • Web application development on the Raisin UK platform, mainly in OO PHP
  • To be involved in technical discussions and build subject matter expertise
  • To build new features with consideration for testability and extensibility
  • To share knowledge internally and externally via internal discussions / presentations and technical blog posting

Content Marketing Executive

  • Developing online and offline content that promotes our savings brand to consumers in a manner that is both engaging and consistent with our stated brand values and tone of voice.
  • Role combines storytelling with the online distribution of content.
  • Requires hands-on experience of developing engaging, targeted content for an online consumer-facing product site.
  • Ideally experience will have been gained in a regulated financial product environment, such as savings products, consumer loans, insurance or similar.

Customer Services Executive

  • Offering excellent first line service to our customers, handling customer enquiries - both inbound and outbound - to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service queries by clarifying the customer's request, determining the cause of any issues, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Requires hands-on experience in a customer support role.
