Terms and conditions - 2nd Birthday £5 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card

1. When entering the promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”)

Only those who have successfully registered for a Raisin UK Account, opted-in to Raisin UK marketing emails and passed the AML/KYC checks by Starling Bank as part of the registration process during the Promotional Period are eligible to receive the £5 Amazon Gift Card. To be automatically entered into the promotion one must have provided a valid email address in the sign-up forms and successfully opened a Raisin UK Account. Those with an affiliation to Raisin UK (employees and direct family members of employees) are not eligible. This promotion is only eligible to those over the age of 18 years.
To be eligible for the promotion, entrants must remain opted in to Raisin UK marketing emails until at least 23:59 pm on 31/12/2020.
Existing Raisin UK account holders are not eligible to enter this promotion.
If a participant is found to be ineligible (eg. their Raisin UK Account is rejected), we reserve the right to refuse entry to this promotion.
An eligible entrant must be an individual, have a valid email address and be contactable via the telephone within 31 days of the competition ending.

The promotion will run from the 1/11/2020 to the 30/11/20 with the closing time for entries being 11:59 pm on the last day (“Promotional Period”). Raisin UK reserves the right to disqualify late, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, lost, illegible or invalid entries.

The promoter of the gift promotion is the Raisin UK group of companies: Raisin Holdings UK Limited (registered no 10951012); Raisin Platforms Limited (registered no 11075085); and Raisin Technology Limited (registered no 09902685). All are registered in England and Wales. The registered office for each is c/o Withers LLP, Third Floor, 20 Old Bailey, London, United Kingdom, EC4M 7AN. Raisin Platforms Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 813894).

One entry per person allowed. An email address is required to enter the promotion. Only one entrant is valid per email address.
Entrants may gain entry to the promotion by successfully opening a Raisin UK Account (including passing the AML/KYC checks by Starling Bank) and subscribing to receive Raisin UK’s newsletter. By doing so they are confirming they have understood these T&Cs.
Entries must be made personally. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
Information provided by participants in registering for this promotion will be used in line with the Raisin UK privacy policy. Entrants’ personal details will not be disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.

The eligible participants will be all Raisin UK customers eligible to receive the ‘promotion gift’ that have fulfilled all of the entry requirements during the promotional period. The participants will be notified by email by 31st December 2020.
The eligible participants will receive the gift advertised in the promotion notice. There is no cash alternative to this gift. In the event of the gift being unavailable, Raisin UK reserve the right to supply an alternative gift without notice.
The promotion participants will be notified by email and/or phone.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Legal review is excluded.
If the gift is declined or unclaimed by an eligible participant, or if they cannot be contacted from the details supplied, the gift will be forfeited.

By taking part in this promotion the eligible participants agree to take part in any reasonable publicity organised in connection with this promotion.
Promotion participants may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their gift. Gifts may take up to 7 days for delivery from the day at which Raisin UK processes the £5 Amazon vouchers.
Raisin UK accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the promotion or accepting any gift.
Raisin UK reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
