Terms and conditions - Raisin UK First Birthday Prize Draw

Eligibility

1. Only those who have registered to receive Raisin UK marketing emails are eligible to apply. To be automatically entered into the competition one must have provided a valid email address in the sign-up forms available as part of the Raisin Birthday promotion. Those with an affiliation to Raisin UK (employees and direct family members of employees) are not eligible. All persons entering the prize draw must be over the age of 18 years.
2. If a winner is found to be ineligible, we reserve the right to award the prize to another participant and to require the return of any prize already awarded.
3. An eligible entrant must be an individual and have a valid email address or be contactable via the telephone within 14 days of the competition ending.

Timing

1. The prize draw will run from the 29/09/19 to the 27/10/19 with the closing time for entries being 11:59pm on the last day (each a “Promotional Period”). Raisin UK reserves the right to disqualify late, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, lost, illegible or invalid entries.

The Promoter

1. The promoter of the prize draw is Raisin Holdings UK Limited (registered no 10951012); Raisin Platforms Limited (registered no 11075085); and Raisin Technology Limited (registered no 09902685). How to Enter

1. One entry per person allowed. An email address is required to enter the competition. Only one entrant is valid per email address.
   Entrants may gain entry to the Competition by submitting a valid email address on Raisin UK’s email sign-up form and by doing so they are confirming they have understood these T&Cs.
2. Entries must be made personally. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete, or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
3. Information provided by participants in registering for this prize draw will be used in line with the Raisin UK privacy policy. Your personal details will not be disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. During the Promotional Period, participants will be able to enter to win a prize. There will be one winner per Promotional Period.

Selection of Winners

1. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all valid entries received. The winner will be notified by email within fourteen (14) days from the closing date.
2. The winner will receive the prize advertised in the Competition notice. There is no cash alternative to this prize. In the event of the prize being unavailable, Raisin UK reserve the right to supply an alternative prize without notice.
3. The winner of the prize will be notified by email and/or phone.
4. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Legal review is excluded.
5. If a prize is declined or unclaimed by a selected winner, or if a selected winner cannot be contacted from the details supplied on the day of the prize draw, the prize will be forfeited. In such circumstances, Raisin UK reserves the right to select another winner at random from the eligible entrants who will be notified by Raisin UK in the same manner as described above.

General

1. By taking part in this competition the winner agrees to take part in any reasonable publicity organised in connection with this promotion.
2. The winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize. Prizes may take up to 30 days for delivery from the day at which Raisin UK receive the winner’s contact details. If the winner has not claimed their prize by the date specified in the notification of winning, Raisin UK reserves the right to conduct a further random draw to award the prize to another participant.
3. Raisin UK accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting any prize.
4. Raisin UK reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
